Terms and Conditions

    • The photography and videography packages offered on this website are available for estate agents, commercial enterprises, or anyone looking to make a broadcast quality video or list a holiday / Airbnb or rental / for sale property in the Rotorua, Whakatāne, Taupo and Tauranga regions. Bookings over 45km are subject to transport charges. around NZ can potentially be taken for certain services, subject to an additional transport cost (also subject to availability).
    • Shoots can be weather and airspace dependent, (especially Twilight and Drone shoots) so we will try to update you prior to the shoot day if a re-schedule is recommended, but it may be worth asking your vendors to advise may as weather can be specific to certain areas. If you would like to move your booking for any reason - weather or otherwise, please do so 24 hours before the shoot if you can, but we'll check in on the day if things have changed overnight.
    • If you would like any changes to your content, or if for any reason at all you are unhappy with the re-touching or composition of the Photographs, or of the edit of your video,  let us know within 3 weeks of receiving the files, and we will happily make any changes to suit. Any changes requested after this will be charged at standard rates.
    • We will make our very best efforts to make properties look their best in camera, and may do some quick tidying and re-arranging if something stands out, but ViewPro unfortunately cannot be liable for homes that have been improperly staged. If you decide after the shoot that you would like to re-shoot after re-staging, you may be charged a re-shoot fee at 50% of the value of the original booking.
    • Payment terms are 30 days, and an invoice will be sent after you have received, and are happy with the content.
    • Digital assets produced by ViewPro become the property of the purchaser upon delivery and no royalties are required from their intended commercial use or reproductions of the images and/or video, by the original creator, however, Re-sale of footage or photography is strictly forbidden, as is training an AI on our content, or using it to generate further content via AI.
    • ViewPro reserves the right to feature photography or video footage produced by us, on our website and various social media channels (including YouTube). Should you choose to opt out of having footage or photography produced for you, featured by us, just notify us and we will take down the content and remedy this for you immediately.
